Navajo - Born in 1932, Roger Skeet Jr. learned
silversmithing from his father, Roger Skeet Sr., at a very young age. He worked with his father creating
all types of sterling silver jewelry and items until his father's death in 1959. Now semi-retired, Roger Jr. began
making his own designs after his father's death although he continued to make many of the same types of pieces as he
did with his father.

Reposse Stamped Concho Belt #28195 $1,200
Concho belt has a high polish rectangular sterling
silver buckle, eight oval conchos and nine butterflies on a 3/4" wide, 47" long black leather belt. Rectangular
buckle and butterflies have curved edges to match the reposse and stampwork. Conchos have scalloped edging with
intricate reposse and stampwork. Buckle measures 2 3/16" x 2 5/8". Each concho measures 2" x 2
1/4". Each butterfly measures 1 1/16" x 1 13/16". Signed by the artist.

Stamped Oval Concho Belt #28194 $1,400
Concho belt has a high polish rectangular sterling
silver buckle and eight high polish oval sterling silver conchos on a 1" wide, 45" long black leather belt.
Rectangular buckle has curved edges to match the reposse and stampwork. Buckle measures 2 5/8" x 3 1/16".
Oval conchos have scalloped edging and bands of stampwork. Each concho measures 2 1/4" x 2 3/4". Signed
by the artist.
