handcrafted and may vary slightly in shape, size, design and color (especially custom order pieces such as SuperSmith).
These variations reflect the influence of the artists and natural stones and add to the beauty of the items. Additionally,
as some of the products are handmade at the time of order, we will occasionally be delayed in shipping your order.
Your order will be expedited as soon as possible. Please bear with us as it will be worth your wait.
Shipping Policy:
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges
run according to size and insurance needs - most items are from $7.00 to $10.00. Please call for the actual shipping
charge.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to all items shipped within Texas. No sales
tax will be applied to all orders outside of Texas.
Return Policy:
We guarantee the highest quality items and craftsmanship.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the items ordered you may return it for a full refund excluding the shipping
charge within 10 days (website orders purchaced over the phone only, does not apply to in store purchaces). Merchandise
must be in its original condition for a refund.
All special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item
has a defect in craftsmanship.
